Tickets for the Lincoln County Symposium, Ruidoso, New Mexico go on sale Monday August 2, 2010 at 8:30am MST.  Order forms will be posted on their website.  These Chuckwagon dinner tickets usually sell out within a day of going on sale. http://www.cowboysymposium.org/index.asp

Rocking RR Chuckwagon will be competing in the Chuckwagon cookoff.

Fall Date to be determinedWe are thinking of holding a class focused on Cowboy Cooking.  This class would cook using campfire coals and cook basic camping food.  We would not do yeast rise breads but instead various biscuits.  Other options would be beans, possibly chicken fried steak, not quite sure what else. To register go to the "Class Registration" page for instructions.  Class size is limited so register early.  Deadline is August 1, 2010.  Cost of this class is $45 per person.

White Mountain Trophy Elk Contest Awards Weekend and Outdoor Rendezvous

We will be teaching a Dutch Oven Cooking class on Friday and possibly Saturday.  Registration will be set up closer to the event

On Site Catering offered for 10-75 people.

 

 

All food preparation is done on-site and most items are cooked in Dutch Ovens with charcoal briquettes.  We not only provide you with a delicious meal, we can be part of the entertainment for your guests.
