February 11, 2012	Cowboy Cooking Class Hands on class. You do all the cooking. We will do basic camp food over a campfire and baking with hardwood coals. We have a fire pit and fire irons set up to enhance the experience. You do not need to bring anything to this class. Minimum age is 18. Class is limited to 10 people. To register, go to Paypal Payments and register on-line. Or a check can be mailed to RR Catering, LLC prior to the class deadline.	Our Home Greenway/I-17	9:00am - 3:00pm

Pre-registration is required for all classes and cookoffs. Minimum of 10 people required for classes. Minimum age is 16
